When employment opportunities arise, our Managers look to engage enthusiastic retailers who share our passion for books, music and film, who can demonstrate a strong customer service focus, and who are keen to share their product knowledge.

We’re fortunate to receive many unsolicited applications for employment which means, when employment opportunities do come up, our Managers are generally able to take on people with bookselling or other relevant industry experience.

If you are interested in a Customer Service position, feel free to provide your résumé, give us an outline of relevant experience, include details of your availability for work and the areas of expertise on offer, then we can consider you should such a position become available.
